Pricing Errors
Wigs4Africa makes every effort to ensure that the content and data displayed on the site is 100% accurate but errors may still occur. If an item has been incorrectly priced and the customer is unwilling to pay the correct price then I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer the full amount paid by them.

Shipping and Handling
Wigs4Africa ships to all South African destinations. I will process your order as soon as I receive confirmation that your payment has been cleared. If I have the item in stock your order should take between 5 and 7 working days to be delivered after payment has been confirmed.

At Wigs4Africa do our best to keep the most popular styles and colours in stock but am unfortunately unable to carry stock of all the items that we sell. Some items need to be ordered from abroad. If you are purchasing an item that needs to be ordered in from overseas suppliers then the delivery date will be extended by 12 to 18 working days. We will let you know if the item is out of stock with the overseas suppliers and suggest an alternative style. Because delivery dates and times are dependent upon factors outside of my direct control, Wigs4Africa is unable to guarantee them; however every effort is made to have the goods delivered within the time frames stated. Should there be a delivery problem we will contact you via email and keep you informed of the expected time of arrival (ETA) wherever possible.

In the case of goods delivered by our couriers, a signed waybill / delivery note will constitute your acceptance of the goods and all risks of ownership will pass to you from that moment on. Please make sure that the delivery address that you provide is correct.

Wigs4Africa cannot be held responsible for delays or losses of any sort where I deliver to an address provided in error. Wigs4Africa will not incur any forwarding costs on deliveries. In the case of goods collected, an invoice / delivery note signed by you or your representative will constitute your acceptance of the goods and all risks of ownership will pass to you from that moment on.

Wigs4Africa will not be responsible or held liable for damages or delays resulting from events outside of the reasonable control of Wigs4Africa. When you receive your order you need to make sure the package is sealed and has not been tampered with. If it has been tampered with, do not accept it from the courier.

Check the contents of the package against the invoice and if there is a discrepancy contact Wigs4Africa immediately using the email address sales@wigs4africa.co.za. Please notify Wigs4Africa within 5 working days of you receiving the goods. Delivery can be either door to door or counter to counter.

Please note that postage and packaging are not included in the price. The postage and packaging fees will be indicated in the Shopping Cart’s Check-Out.

Back Orders
Wigs4Africa is unfortunately not able to carry all the styles and colours that are available. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will immediately place a backorder for it with the overseas suppliers.

Orders from the overseas suppliers generally take between 8 and 14 working days to arrive in South Africa. If the item you have ordered is placed on backorder, we will notify you via email of the delay and you can decide whether to wait for that particular item or whether you would like to choose another item. Should the backordered item be part of a larger order we will ship all the items at the same time. Should you require an update on a Back Order please email sales@wigs4africa.co.za and quote your Order Number.

Tax Charges
Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 14% has been included on all prices shown on the site.

Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on the site I process the credit card payment through PayFast. Credit Card details are encrypted and are not transferred in plain text and are not stored by Wigs4Africa or on the Wigs4Africa website in any way. You can read up on the VCS security process on their Website. If you pay by credit card your Credit Card statement will reflect a debit either by Payfast.

Whatever warranties are provided for by the manufacturer are passed onto you. Wigs4Africa does not provide any additional or independent warranties or guarantees on the goods I sell.

Wigs4Africa will under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, consequential (including lost profits or opportunities) or punitive damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Wigs4Africa makes no warranties or guaranties as to the suitability, performance, truth, quality, accuracy or completeness of any of the content on the site.

Wigs4Africa makes no guarantees or warranties that the information obtained from the use of the site is accurate and correct or that errors in the software or on the site will be corrected or that the site will meet your requirements and needs or that the site will be error free, uninterrupted and secure or that the quality of the products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you from the site will meet your expectations.

Privacy Policy
Wigs4Africa takes every reasonable precaution in protecting our user’s information. No information is provided or given to any third parties expect where necessary for the completion of your order. Only the information that they require to complete their part of fulfilling your order is provided to them.

If you have any specific concerns regarding privacy, please send an email to: sales@wigs4africa.co.za. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged in as part of the sales process. You can turn on cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and with your password. Persons making purchases from this site must be 18 years or older else a parent or guardian must assist.

If you supply us with your postal and / or email address you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let me know by e-mailing info@wigs4africa.co.za. The Wigs4Africa website may provide links to other Websites or Internet resources. This is done for your convenience and does not imply endorsement of the content, as I have no control over these sites or resources.

We cannot and do not take responsibility for these sites and you acknowledge and agree that Wigs4Africa is not responsible for the availability or content of such external sites or resources and that Wigs4Africa is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources nor will Wigs4Afrca be directly or indirectly responsible or liable for any damage or losses that may be caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Wigs4Africa is also not responsible or liable in any way for any information you provide to or that is collected by such sites or resources.

Returns Policy
All returns have to be preauthorised before they can be returned. Wigs4Africa will issue you a Goods Return Acceptance (GRA) number and instructions on how to return the goods. We will not accept a return unless we have issued a GRA number.

Submitting a Request to Return Goods does not mean that the GRA number will automatically be issued and you can return the goods. We will authorise the return only after we have evaluated the reason for the return and we might contact you if we need more information prior to issuing a GRA Number. If we have made an error and shipped the wrong product or if the item is damaged I will gladly sort out the problem. Please contact me immediately so I can sort out the problem soonest.

Please note you have 3 working days to notify me of a problem. If the error is ours the shipping is free to collect and return the goods to you. No exchange will be considered unless the original tags and packaging are undamaged and are returned with the goods. When trying on a wig please wear a wig cap at all times to protect your natural hair and the condition of the wig. All items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive non-qualifying exchanges you will be charged R 100.00 to send the items back to you.

Wigs4Africa unfortunately cannot entertain refunds. Be sure to understand the above criteria prior to sending your package to me there are no exceptions.

Remittance Terms
Orders can be paid by Credit Card, Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer. All payments are subject to a clearance period, the clearance period is dependent on the banks concerned. If you wish to make use of alternate payment methods please contact me so we can make the necessary arrangements with you.

Contact sales@wigs4africa.co.za to arrange this. Your order will only be dispatched after the funds have cleared.

You agree to accept your tax invoices and other tax documents in electronic form, whether it is emailed or available for download on our Website. Please include the last 5 digits of the order number as the reference number on the deposit if paying by any means other than the online credit card option.

If paying by any means other than credit card please fax or e-mail proof of payment. All goods remain the property of Wigs4Africa until paid for in full.
